thanks for being my walking atm and my 'nanny' and my sister and 'kinship' buddy and whatever-else all rolled in one :) and and and, i hope you enjoyed your birthday today with all that nice korean food and ratatouille! 'cause i did :) heh. thanks for just being here with me even though i'm pretty annoying and unbearable at times but hey, its not like we'll be able to live together like this for the next few years. haha.

i didn't manage to do a single bit of work today.

hah. my excuse? evangie's birthday! nothing big, but big enough to be excused from work.

laura and i were stuck in union house today thanks to the rain, so we made our way upstairs to sit outside some random overseas student union room thing-y. there were like other random classrooms there. and as we were eating, there was this really disturbing ritual sorta thing going on in one of the classrooms. super dodgy.

it involved a priest guy donned in his robe thing, accompanied with like some scarf thing, and about five other people (students i reckon) in there. at first we thought it was just some skit practice thing going on, but apparently not. it looked pretty intense as that priest guy read from the bible (i think. couldn't really see properly) with the other participants mouthing some other words. and then they did the whole communion thing, except like they shared the same cup (EEWWWW!) and yeah, stuff like that.

haha. so yeah, it looked pretty dodgy 'cause like his priest uniform wasn't like the usual kind. and like it was just like 6 of them in there and no one else. if it were to be some christian fellowship thing, it'd probably involved much more people than that. but oh well, that was lunch.

then evangie's dinner celebration was at this newly opened korean restaurant along la trobe street. pretty awesome food and cheap too :) dinner was follwed by ratatouille :) hee hee. i really like disney-pixar movies :) it's so cuteee! like even though i really might freak if i saw a mass of rats cooking in the kitchen, but it was hardly a bit disturbing to see something so cute cook. haha.
