hmmm, summer (hols) are officially over and uni has just begun. it feels relatively weird to be back in uni once again, with somewhat familiar yet unfamiliar faces around the different lecture halls. on top of that, i think this semester's going to be really crappy just because. heh.
anyway, i managed to rent a carpark lot from one of my trinity college mates, tim and his housemate (marco, i think?). so YAY to full day park near uni. and i was reminded of how much i hated melbourne's public transport system today, no thanks to delayed trains and sardine-packed trams. i had to walk all the way from melbourne central to uni all because the trams were so screwed up. urgh.
so, first day of uni. it was okay i guess. had a few hours free which were spent with steph (from my church band, fyi) having brunch, bumming at borders, buying Boost, and exploring this really awesome self-study area in the engineering building. it was so pretty, and had happy coloured furniture all around. oh, and ultra comfy sofas too.
i forsee studying there (at least) every monday during my really dumb long breaks. heh. and i hope this whole attempting to be diligent thing lasts till the end of the semester.
on another really random note, i really want to watch juno :(
